- 2 kg rolled silverside
- 1 large onion
- 3 carrots
- 3 celery sticks
- 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
- salt & pepper
- Brown meat and put it in a casserole.
- Cut onions, carrots and celery (into batons) and put them around the meat.
- Season everything with salt and pepper.
- Cover it with the chopped tomatoes.
- Leave it in the oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours.
