- 3/4lb (340g) steak mince
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 4oz chopped mushrooms
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 8oz tagliatelle
- Brown the mince in a little oil.
- Cook the tagliatelle as per the instructions.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a casserole dish.
- Place the unlidded casserole dish in a pre-heated oven at 150c or gas mark 2 for 1 hour.
- Serve with crusty garlic bread.
