Description
If there’s no black pudding, it’s not a proper breakfast! A centuries-old delicacy, a traditional black pudding is a black coloured sausage, made from pork, dried pig's blood, and suet. Sliced into discs, and shallow fried for a few minutes, it’s always been the perfect accompaniment to bacon and eggs, but is now appearing in salads and as an alternative to stuffing with poultry.
