Description

Increasingly popular in recent times, a boned, rolled shoulder of pork means that all the delicious juices and flavours stay in the meat, giving a succulent and stunning taste. This traditional cut is a very economical option, which can be served as part of a roast dinner, or as a pulled pork dish.

Cooking Tips

Shoulder – bone in or rolled – Roast –180c, 350f or gas mark 4. Medium – 30 minutes per 450g (lb) plus 30 minutes. Well done – 35 minutes per 450g (lb) plus 35 minutes.
