Description

Rolled loin pork is at its best when slow-roasted or grilled. From the animal’s back, it’s a fairly lean cut of meat with a gorgeously subtle flavour. Make with a herby stuffing and crackling or just season, place in a roasting tray and cook for 20 minutes per pound.

Cooking Tips

Loin – bone in or boneless – Roast –180c, 350f or gas mark 4. Medium – 30 minutes per 450g (lb) plus 30 minutes. Well done – 35 minutes per 450g (lb) plus 35 minutes.
