Description

These double loin chops are the T-Bone steak of the lamb world. Cut from the bottom loin, these chops are double-sided, and are cut by hand to make them extra thick. With sweet and juicy meat and a seam of rich and creamy fat, they're delicious simply seasoned with salt and pepper then grilled or fried, and served slightly pink in the middle.

Cooking Tips

Single/Double Loin Chops – Grill/Fry – 6/8 minutes each side.
