Also known as square, flat or Lorne sausage, this is a traditional Scottish food, usually made from mincemeat and rusk and sliced into squared pieces around 1cm thick. They're often eaten at breakfast time, but ours are delicious any time of day! Cook with a tomato and basil sauce for a tasty evening meal.
