Saunderson's Pudding Success
Edinburgh Black Pudding was
judged the best in the South
East of Scotland when the
regional heat of this year’s
Scottish Black Pudding
Championship was held on
Monday 24th May at
Carfraemill Hotel. John
Saunderson’s entry will now
be one of two to represent
the region at the Scottish
Final to be held later in
the summer.
John’s Black Pudding will
next be purchased by a
mystery shopper and tested
against the top two from the
other four regions of
Scotland. A panel of
experts at the Braehead Cook
School in Kilmarnock will
decide who has the best
butcher’s Black Pudding in
Scotland for 2010.
